John G. Sullivan JD, CPCUCRM has assembled a multi-disciplinary management team providing claims, risk management and technology expertise.

John G. Sullivan JD, CPCU
Chairman

Mr. Sullivan has over 50 years experience in the insurance, claims and risk management industries. He founded Commercial Insurance Services, Inc. in 1977. Commercial Insurance is a General Agency with emphasis on large trucking accounts as well as general commercial insurance problems. In 1981 he founded Claim Indemnity Services, Inc. Claim Indemnity is a Third Party Claims Administrator for large trucking concerns and other commercial ventures that investigates, evaluates and negotiates various categories of claims. Mr. Sullivan is a long-term member of the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters Society, served on its Board of Directors, and is the longest serving member of the Ethics Committee in the 50-year history of the Society.


J. Alberto Aguirre, MS
Project Team Leader
Mr. Aguirre has a B.S. degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from the Universidad Piloto de Colombia and a Masters degree in Applied Mathematics in Computer Sciences from the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO). His experience includes working for the largest branch of the Compaq Corporation in Colombia where he prepared proposals of hardware and software required by the national banking system; he owned and operated a computer hardware company for four years. Mr. Aguirre worked for Xerox Colombia Corporation's marketing department selling computer and printing systems and as a graduate assistant in the UCO Art Department's Macintosh lab. Mr. Aguirre speaks Spanish and English fluently. He is Project Team Leader for CRM's Claims Management application and supervisor of the development staff. He has been designing and developing Risk Management Information Systems since 1999. He is currently in charge of customer relationships and support.


Dipak Subedi
Sr. Software Engineer
Mr. Subedi has Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics and has served as a software engineer at CRM for the last ten years. He was a member of the team that designed and developed Workers Comp/Auto/General Liability Insurance Module of the Risk software. Mr. Subedi has previous experience as an Oracle developer. He is involved in development and enhancement of RMIS system, Business Intelligence reporting as well supporting current clients.


Andrew Berry, MBA
VP-Business Developement
Andrew Berry has 20 years experience in the insurance industry including nine years consulting experience at Towers Perrin and as a founder of GRX Technologies, an insurance supply chain software. He is responsible for marketing services at CRM. Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nottingham University in the UK and a MBA (summa cum laude) with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Babson College. He holds Fellowship of the Institute of Risk Management and Fellowship of the Chartered Insurance Institute designations. Andrew is an expert commentator for the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI) on the subject of Insurance Technology. He is a member of the Technology Advisory Committee of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).


Brian Sullivan, JD, CPA, CPCU, MBA
Chief Financial Officer/Vice President
Brian has over 30 years experience in the accounting profession. He has worked on both the corporate side and for accounting, tax and auditing firms. His experience includes book-keeping, cash management, strategic planning and budgeting and tax preparation and review. Brian's accounting experience is concentrated in the insurance industry where he has experience with insurance agencies, third party administrators and software providers. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his Bachelor and Masters of Business Administration degrees and Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.


Marco Deras
Network Engineer
Marco is the network engineer at CRM responsible for managing the firm's network including it's the server infrastructure supporting its hosted applications. Marco manages the installation of CRM applications at client sites. He has 15 years experience in computer networking and systems administration. He was formerly Network Manager and Systems Administrator for the 72nd Medical Group of the US Air Force at Tinker Air Force Base, OK
